How our print process works

It starts with an image print inquiry. You can send your files through upload, email, or a consultation appointment, and we review the resolution and profile before anything moves forward.

Next we discuss size and paper choices based on the image, the intended display, and the quantity you need. For many projects, a test print is recommended so the paper response can be reviewed before the larger order is produced.

Production follows proof approval and final quantity confirmation. Our standard turnaround is typically three to six business days, depending on the order, materials, and studio capacity.

Finished prints are prepared with protective flat packaging for collection at the studio in Cayenne. Payment can be made by card or bank transfer, and availability of specific papers or finishes is confirmed before the order is finalized.
